Cardinals Safety Adrian Wilson has decided to play through a muscle tear in his shoulder and forego season ending surgery to fix the damaged muscle.
According to Adam Schefter, the tear is not in a main muscle, which will allow Adrian to play through it and be effective. Wilson will also seek a second opinion.
This is good news for the Cardinals, whose initial thoughts were that they might have lost Wilson for the season.
UPDATE – Wilson tore a tendon in his right bicep.
