Reggie Bush Signs Contract with Dolphins

Reggie Bush is heading to Miami

Reggie Bush has agreed to a contract with the Miami Dolphins according to the AP, which we allow for the Dolphins to complete a trade for the running back, who the Saints have been looking to rid themselves of Bush since acquiring Mark Ingram in the draft.

The deal is reportedly a two year deal with monetary numbers not being disclosed at this time.

Bush gives the Dolphins much of what they already had in Ronnie Brown, but with Ricky Williams on his way out, the ‘Phins do need some depth at running back and with Bush’s abilities he is one of the better options available.

UPDATE – Here’s what Bush had to say (via Twitter):

@Reggie_Bush:

“To the city of New Orleans you will always have a place in my heart I love you guys your are my family & I will never forget our good times, I wish the New Orleans Saints the best of luck I will always be a fan! The team, coaches, and fans will be deeply missed! Change is never easy but I look forward to building something special in Miami and can’t wait to embark on this new journey! Here we go….”
